Pigeon Valley, Uchisar, Honey Valley

Yesterday Gulcan and I took Panda on a walk to Uchisar. It was epic. Gulcan's family owns much of the surrounding area and we walked through Pigeon Valley, munching on grapes and apples from their orchard. We climbed to the top of Uchisar castle, which has perhaps the best views in Cappadocia. We then stopped for lunch and enjoyed some Pide (basically Turkish pizza). Gulcan convinced me to take the long way home through Honey Valley, and at sunset we stopped at her friend's home for dinner. They made "Turkish Italian pasta" and gave us no less than three rounds of tea. We arrived back at Fairy Chimney Inn around 11pm after being out for 10 hours. I'm not sure who was more exhausted, us or Panda.
